Although BP is $#%#@@$ up our ocean we can all do something to help. Check the SWC website soon to order the new FBP shirt. The price is $24 and a portion of the profits will go to various organizations to help clean up the ocean.

The shirt is available on a 4.5 oz ringspun high quality shirt for men and a nice tanktop for women.

  1. 5 dollar t-shirt for 24 bucks! Throw a few buck to non-profits to make you feel better. Nothing like a tragedy to bring out the lets-make-a-buck scum.

  2. ^ Who the fuck is this idiot? To the fuck head above – These cat’s aren’t a “not for profit”… They pay fucking taxes, they produce original designs, advertise, manufacture and distribute their product in an open market.

I see no reason they have to donate a single fucking cent. Yet they do… Actually if my math is correct… approx. 47% of the net sale goes to benefit the organizations of their choosing…. So what the fuck do u suggest? They sell the “5 dollar shirt” for $5… with a 100% contribution? Create an unsustainable net loss… while reducing the overall contribution by 50% per unit.

I am not financially affiliated with SWC, I just wear their dope shit. I just felt a need to state my opinion – You’re a fucking idiot.

  3. Maybe we should have made a shirt with a beautiful mural of a Trout, in a stream, and wrote, “Trout” on it, so we didn’t offend anyone…. That would be very original. Then we could put it on a crappy $5.00 shirt for everyone to buy, and they would look like they always did. I am quite sure that would even piss someone off!

We made this shirt to say how we feel everytime we think about not being able to fish in the near future because an oil giant wants to save their well, rather than stop the oil from flowing out and losing their well. They are the greed mongers!

We decided to donate to a worthy cause. We are donating enough to the point that the only profits what so ever from this shirt, are going to be used to sustain our bills while we focus our efforts on cleaning up after an oil giant, who won’t be doing shit.

  4. Making a profit from others suffering is low-rent.

Claiming you are doing it to clean-up BP’s mess because BP is not doing shit is just stupid.

Come on over to Louisiana and I’ll put you boys to work cleaning-up. Best part about it is it won’t cost you your dignity.

  5. I think the “anonymous” posters should grow a pair. Say who you are and what you think like we do! You know have a little dignity. Maybe if you did your research you would know we’re donating $10 from every $24.00 shirt sale to The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and $3.00 from every $5.00 sticker to the same. So far we’ve collected $570.00 for them in just a couple days. So what exactly are you “anonymous” doing to help? I’m going to bet nothing. Just a little FYI we’re family owned and operated small business of natives that work full time to support our families. Oh and we haven’t made a dime off of anything SWC. We do it because we love it.

  6. I am going to end my part in this mud slinging with a random internet vigilante by saying I am very proud to have worked very, very hard over the last two years with SWC, to create a platform that has allowed itself the accessibility to people who know what we stand for.

2 years ago, I would not have been able to do squat to help, other than actually get out there, which those who know me, know I will as soon as I can afford the time. But this year, since I am part of something bigger, I can actually use our popularity to donate $ to the cause! I don’t care what people are thinking we are doing with the MUCH less than 50% profit that we are making, because I know in my heart I am doing what is right, and all others involved with SWC are doing the same…

Also, I don’t believe anyone who is cloaking themselves behind a holier than thou random internet persona!
